Carrier/Tracking
Orders are generally shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS. When your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Fabric samples are generally shipped via USPS regular mail with no tracking available.

FAQ
Do I really need to order a fabric sample?
Yes! Color appearance varies from one monitor/screen to the next. The color of the final product appearing different from what you expected is not grounds for a return.
What is the actual size of the pillow cover?
All pillow covers are sized as marked. An 18x18” pillow cover will measure 18x18” across the middle of the cover, from seam to opposite seam.
What size insert should I use?
The industry rule of thumb is to use a square pillow insert that is roughly 2 inches *larger* than your square pillow cover.
20x20 inch pillow cover - 22x22 inch pillow insert
22x22 inch pillow cover - 24x24 inch pillow insert
24x24 inch pillow cover - 26x26 inch pillow insert
26x26 inch pillow cover - 30x30 inch pillow insert
12x20 inch pillow cover - 14x22 inch pillow insert
14x24 inch pillow cover - 16x26 inch pillow insert
14x36 inch pillow cover - 16x38 inch pillow insert
