Free Shipping On All Orders

Carrier/Tracking
Orders are generally shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS. When your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Fabric samples are generally shipped via USPS regular mail with no tracking available.

Shipping Notes
Please confirm that your shipping address is current and accurate before submitting your order. Beware Porch-Pirates! Please choose a delivery address that is secure.

Transit Times
Please note that OONA is only in control of the date by which your order is shipped; OONA cannot guarantee the timely transit of your package once accepted by the carrier (e.g. USPS, FedEx etc.).

Returned Packages
OONA will re-send any package returned to us as "Undeliverable" or "No Known Address” at the customer's expense. An updated/corrected/alternate address will be required, as well as payment of the reshipping charge. A package being returned to OONA as "Undeliverable", "No Known Address" or other category is not grounds for a refund. Please note that OONA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please choose a secure delivery address.
